IHow do I get a new Pension ID card when I lose it?
- A written request letter from you requesting a replacement ID card along with a copy of the complaint made to the police station in your area of residence regarding the loss of your pension ID card (please clearly state your National Identity Card number and pension number). Address to the Department of Pensions, Maligawatta, Colombo 10. It is not necessary to send a photograph. When issuing a pension ID card for the second time, Rs. 410.00 will be charged from your pension along with postage. The printed pensioner ID card will be sent to you by registered mail.
